Glamping Hive – Terms & Conditions & Booking Rules

1. Booking Terms & Conditions

A booking is only confirmed and valid once full payment has been received.
The price is non-refundable, but guests may change their booking date up to 6 months after the original arrival date.
Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 1.5 months before the original check-in date.
Guests are required to review and agree to these Terms & Conditions before completing their booking.


2. Liability & Guest Responsibility


Glamping Hive is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical issues that may occur on the property. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety and should carry appropriate health insurance.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
Guests must be cautious when walking around the property, especially on uneven terrain, near fire pits, or in any outdoor areas.
Glamping Hive is not liable for any personal property damage, theft, or loss during a guest’s stay. We recommend keeping valuables secure.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to tents, furniture, or property due to negligence.


3. Check-In & Check-Out Policies


Check-in time: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


4. Site Rules & Guest Conduct


Registration & Entry: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be registered in advance, kept on a leash, and never left unattended in the tents. Owners must clean up after their pets.
No Driving on Grass: Vehicles must be parked in designated areas to protect the natural landscape.
Strict Recycling & Waste Management:
Guests must sort and properly dispose of all waste (plastics, paper, glass, organic waste).
Failure to recycle correctly will result in a 1,000 EUR penalty.
Dumping or leaving trash in nature is strictly forbidden.
Sustainability Commitment:
We operate 100% eco-friendly to protect nature.
No single-use plastics are allowed on-site.
Guests must minimize water and energy usage to help preserve resources.
Quiet Hours: Maintain a peaceful atmosphere from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. No loud music at any time.
Fire Safety: Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits. Fires must never be left unattended, and guests assume full responsibility for fire safety.
Environmental Responsibility: Guests should follow eco-friendly practices, such as not leaving food out to avoid attracting wildlife.
Respect for Others: Be mindful of other guests and avoid entering areas not assigned to you. Treat all property with care.
Water & Soap Use: Guests may only use the provided eco-friendly washing products. No outside soaps or detergents are allowed.
Weather & Tent Care: Guests are responsible for securing umbrellas in windy conditions and keeping belongings inside their tent during rain.


5. Emergency & Safety Measures


In case of emergency, guests must call:

🚑 155 – Ambulance
🚒 150 – Firefighters
👮 158 – Police
Each tent is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
Any property damage must be reported as soon as possible.


6. Additional Policies

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tents.
  • No cooking, open flames, or candles inside the tents.
  • Shoes should not be worn inside the tents to maintain cleanliness.
  • Drinking water is not provided – guests should bring their own supply.
  • By completing a booking, guests automatically agree to abide by these
  • Terms & Conditions. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
